Marry Me

When Ginny was a seventh year; Ron, Hermione and Harry came back to school with her to finish studying up for their careers. Harry and Ginny were a serious couple at this point. So much so in fact Harry bought a ring. He was just looking for the right time to ask her for her hand in marriage. As a traditional gentleman, he first asked her parents for their permission, when there on a school holiday, Molly was over the moon, ran towards him nearly suffocating him in a bear hug and planting a kiss on his forehead, though Arthur thought they were a bit young but fearing a curse from his wife gave his blessing. Molly began planning things conjuring decorations and food. Her husband had to remind her Ginny didn't even know yet. She said pish posh she's been in love with him since she was 10 years old she'll say yes before she sees the ring. That night over supper which was now suspiciously more fancy. Harry told everyone he had an announcement to make. As you all know I've been going with Ginny for several years I'm very very much in love with her and I think of you all as my family. Turning to Ginny now. He states at that to make it official, Ginevera Molly Weasley, which you do me the honor of being my wife. Then he got down on one knee next to the chair & opened the ring box to reveal a gigantic dining platinum banded Ascher cut diamond ring. Ginny nearly choked on her butterbeer trying to say yes. She do it right now if they could. Her father was the first to congratulate them but he said it would be best to wait until summer so they wouldn't be distracted when finishing school. The next few months in school seemed very, very long but they spent every moment they could get together. At the graduation the new headmistress Mrs. Minerva McMonagle had to get after them several times to calm down they be on the train home soon enough. The next few days were all about planning the wedding. Getting everyone important in their lives to The Borrow for an outdoor ceremony even bigger than Bill's. Yes he was the eldest but Ginny was Molly's only daughter and Harry was a very famous young wizard and unlike Fluer, Molly actually liked him. In fact she's loved him like a son for eight years. After the vows they each conjured a ring and slipped it on gently with a charm. Soon it was the kiss everyone cried. They ate cake and danced into the night. Then they flew off to the home Harry's parents owned, which he had it rebuilt exactly as it had been when he was a child, after the proposal. Seeing as how his young parents only had him for 15 months this is all you have left of them besides his appearance you thought where better to raise his family. Godric's Hollow was now safe and quite beautiful neighborhood. They landed at the house Harry being traditional carried his young bride into the house. They had never been happier. Soon this old house would know the laughter of a child again.
